Exercise 1
Arab Countries: I am from... أنا من
Listen several times to Scene 1 in the Alif Baa DVD 1 Dialogues to hear where the different speakers come from. Carefully read the country name options given in the drop-down menu then select the country name that you hear for each of the following speakers.

Listen carefully to the way the six different individuals say their names in Scene 1 of the Alif Baa DVD 1 Dialogues. Match the speaker number with the corresponding first name by checking the correct box in the following chart. Note that the name of one of the speakers consists of two words.
