Fronted Predicate - الخَبَر المُقَدَّم

Any time you see a sentence beginning with a word that is considered a preposition in English, such as لـ , بـ, مع, في, عند, etc., or the word هناك, you are dealing with a خبر structure. A recent import into the Arabic language, هناك is never necessary in such a sentence; it can always be replaced by beginning the sentence with a preposition and delaying the مبتدأ. Compare the following sentences.
