A possible guide for Alif Baa Units 1-8
Note:
You will notice that in the following syllabus, there are directions for the textbook materials where you will be learning the letters and sounds of Arabic, and directions for online materials where you will focus on speaking and listening. Since you will not be meeting with a professor every day during this course, some of the drills in your Alif Baa textbook have been put online so that you can receive immediate feedback after completing the drill instead of waiting patiently for your professor to grade it. When you do your homework for the textbook materials, make sure that you check the syllabus for drills available online so that you can get immediate feedback instead of doing it in the book.
Also, for each unit, an oral quiz and a vocab quiz has been prepared so that you can test your grasp of the materials in the unit you just completed. Don't forget to take the quizzes at the end of each unit.
